LINCOLN CHRISTIAN ACTIVITY INFORMATION SHEET
ACTIVITY: Varsity football: Lincoln Christian vs. Arlington
DATE/TIME/LOCATION: September 13th, 7:00pm at Beechner Field
(Lincoln High School, 2229 J St, Lincoln, NE)
ARRIVAL TIME: 5:00pm. You should be able to access the field right upon arrival, BUT there could be a chance that LHS still might have some practices going on. Please be courteous, just in case they are finishing their practice.
BUS PARKING: Park on 21st St which is on the West Side of the Field, behind the stadium. There will be a gate for you to get all your players and equipment through.
LOCKER ROOM: You will walk inside the West Entrance of the school (there will be runners in the hallway so you can keep your cleats on). Michelle, the representative from Lincoln High will be there to assist you to where you need to go.
TEAM BENCHES: Visitor bench will be on the EAST side of stadium.
WARM-UP; Visitor will warm-up on the North end of field.
HALFTIME: 20 minutes plus 3 min warm-up - HOMECOMING
FIELD PHONES: No phones are provided. Must use your own set.
FILMING: On the south side of the press box.
WATER: Hose in stadium. Must bring own coolers and ice.
SPECTATOR PARKING: There are 4 main areas for parking. There’s the Parking Lot on the North Side of the school, the Parking Lot North of the field and apartments. There’s the Parking Lot on the South side of the school by the tennis courts and across the street. (See the Attachment for a visual BUT ignore the visitor locker entrance)
SPECTATOR SEATING: Visitor fans ENTRANCE and SEATING will be on the EAST side of the field (closest to the school). There is a sidewalk around the track to get to the concessions. The school will be open for the restrooms
COACHES BOX: North end of pressbox.
PASSES: We will honor your faculty passes, NOT Conference Passes
CONCESSIONS: On the West Side behind the Stadium
The Cross Country Team will be running it, they will have Coke’s Products, Valentino’s Pizza, Nachos, Hot Dogs, Pretzels and Candy
ADMISSION: $5 Adult, $3 Student k-12, $3 Sr. Citizen, $16 Family
