NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

1.     PROJECT INFORMATION.  Arlington Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a 10,400 sf addition and an 8,500 sf renovation.      

2.     PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.  Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) on August 24, 2020.  Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the CM.
