Daughters of the American (DAR) Revolution Good Citizen Award

Seniors who have demonstrated the qualities of a good citizen, Personal statement form and an essay written in the presence of a faculty or DAR member with in a 2 hour time limit.  See Mr. Everitt for details.  State winner receives $250 and a national winner will receive $5000




Hagan Scholarship Foundation

The Purpose of the Hagan Scholarship is to provide each scholarship recipient with the opportunity to obtain a four year college education and graduate debt free. The Workshops are intended to help each recipient obtain a practical understanding of important life skills that may not be taught as a part of the school curriculum.
The preferred recipient of a Hagan Scholarship will be a high achieving student with employment experience who aspires to obtain a college education in order to realize his or her full potential. Applications are available in the Guidance Office and online at www.hsfmo.org




RHOP Chadron State, Peru State and Wayne State

Rural Health Opportunities Program, application is available online: GPA, ACT, Rural background, commitment to practice in a rural area. Full tuition and guaranteed pre-admission to UNMC.

RLOP Chadron State and Wayne State

Rural Law Opportunities Program: GPA, ACT, Rural background, commitment to practice in a rural area. Full tuition and guaranteed pre-admission to University of Nebraska Law School. Must apply and be accepted to the college before applying for RLOP. Application is available online on the College website.

Nebraska Chapter - AGC

Applicant must be: a graduating high school student, or enrolled or plan to enroll, in a construction related program at a technical institute. Must have a desire to pursue a heavy-highway-utilities construction career. Minimum 2.5 GPA. See family connection for online application.




GPC – College Scholarship

This scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors that are Great Plains Communications customers who plan to attend Nebraska state or private college or a one or two year technical or trade school in Nebraska. Application is available on the family connection scholarship list.




GPC – FRS Scholarship

Offers scholarship opportunities to rural high school seniors who express an interest in returning to a rural area to pursue their careers after graduating from College.  Application can be downloaded from family connection.




NPAIT Scholarship

Applicant must be the daughter, son or under legal guardianship of an elected or appointed official or an employee of a Public Agency that is a participant of the Nebraska Public Agency Investment Trust.  (Employed by Arlington Public School)
