Transitioning to kindergarten is an important, exciting and
possibly scary step for young children (and their families).
Your work is very important and lays the foundation for
success when children begin kindergarten. During this
training, we will discuss what “getting ready for
kindergarten” means and how you can help children
prepare for this important milestone.

Brought to you by Arlington Public Schools and the Early Learning Connection (ELC)
Omaha Region, the professional development partnership supporting training, technical
assistance and consultation for those who work with children birth through age eight in
Cass, Douglas, Sarpy and Washington counties. ELC Omaha Region is supported in part
by a grant from federal CCDF administered by the Nebraska Department of Education.
